After the recent attack by Israel on Iran, we feel the need to speak with care and honesty.
We strongly condemn this act of violence. We also speak out against anything that puts innocent lives in danger or spreads fear in a region already carrying so much pain.
At the same time, we cannot stay silent about the cruelty of the Islamic regime, which continues to harm its own people without remorse. Iranians are already living under daily pressure, fear, and control at the hands of the Islamic Republic — and now their lives are also being overshadowed by the threat of war and destruction.
Our hearts are with everyone in Iran, Palestine, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan — communities that have faced years, even decades, of war, displacement, and ongoing violence. These lives are under constant pressure and too often ignored by the rest of the world.
Why We Speak
Korsi is not a political platform in the usual sense. We don’t release statements often or take part in formal debates.
But what we do — the sounds we share, the artists we support, the spaces we create — has always been political.
It comes from real life in the SWANA region, and from our own experiences across borders.
That’s why we’ve decided to keep going:
to keep making space for expression, for diversity, for connection.
Choosing Presence
We’re not here to give answers.
We’re here to be present — to hold space for those who need community right now.
We know everyone responds to times like this differently.
Whether you join us, stay home, or simply take a moment to reflect — we see you, and we respect your choice.
