A year ago, we gathered for the very first Yalda under the name korsi.
That night was full of music and light — and something more subtle: a sense of possibility. The energy you brought stayed with us through the entire year.

Since then, we’ve shared a lot.
Real smiles. Raised glasses. Dance floors that felt like home.
Moments where our cultures touched, overlapped, and revealed memories we thought we had left behind.
We held joy together — and we held each other through the chaos this year demanded of us.

Somewhere along the way, korsi stopped being just an event.
It became a home.
A place where friendships take root, and where new connections are given space to breathe.

This Yalda is different.
This Yalda, korsi turns one.

And we want to celebrate this first birthday with everyone who walked with us, supported us, shaped us, and helped us grow.

This Year’s Yalda Happens Across Two Locations

Date: 20.12.2025

Part 1 — OYA Mülheim (18:00–23:00)

We begin where everything started: OYA Mülheim.
Not just to remember last year — but to create new stories together.

Expect an evening filled with live performances by:
Zainab, Ley, Mary, Shahry, Sobhan
and poetry/spoken-word from
ugly goethe, Sima, Baris, Aylin, and more artists joining the circle.

Part 2 — Club Castell (23:00–04:00)

After OYA, we head just around the corner to Club Castell.
From 23:00 onward, we’ll celebrate the longest night of the year with a special b2b2b vinyl set by
Asal, Mani, and Nima —
funky, groovy, tropical, oldies, psychedelic, gheri — music that lands straight on the heart.
Opening set by cnakh.
